1927 Singer Senior Saloon   ex member Peter Fennell  also selection of tools

Singer Senior Saloon 1929 – New Leather Upholstery and Head Lining, recently refurbished head including new valve guides and valves specially made and now runs very well.
Many new parts during ownership including clutch re-lined recently, new starter motor brushes made and fitted. In very nice overall condition.
Comes with history file, some spares, original logbook, rear trunk, and some period handbooks and other invoices / documentation. Current owner since 2000 (long standing Singer club member) – My late fathers car hence reluctant sale.

 I've attached a few photos of his tools, there's loads (hundreds) of spanners in Whitworth,  metric and imperial sizes to fit everything from his pre war singers to modern day stuff. He has some large AF and Whitworth sockets, a small hilka  part socket set, 2 x halfords tool boxes (the drawers are empty, the spanners were in them but we took them out so we could move them). And assorted tools in the top of the tool boxes. 
 
Dad would've wanted these to go to a fellow enthusiast, and given you're a local club I thought you might be interested. 
 
Dad passed away at Mary Stevens hospice so we really just thought we'd leave it to whomever would like them to make a small donation of anything they felt appropriate
.  

1955 Alvis TC21/100 "Gray Lady" Mulliner Saloon

A 4 door (sedan) 3 litre naturally aspirated 6 cylinder overhead valve engine, with twin SU carburettors
A4 speed manual transmission delivers the power to the driven wheels
Lockheed drum brakes,independent front coil springs, Girling telescopic shock absorbers and rear leaf springs
TC21/100 Gray Lady Saloon.The bonnet has the option of louvers to facilitate extra cooling and standard equipment included fog and spot lamps a heater ans a sliding roof. Wire wheels were an attractive option and the Grey Lady cost £1,821 10s 10d
Good History File
Present Owner bought the car in June 2013 and since then the engine has been completely reconditioned, the gearbox stripped and reassembled with new bearings. Brakes have been overhauled and servo fitted. All the seats have been reupholstered, the woodwork restored and power steering Installed
